Learn how to use your SLR or film camera, including loading film and basic settings such as aperture and shutter speed. Bring any film camera and roll of black and white film of your choosing. After shooting a roll of film together, learn to develop one roll of black and white film into negatives from start to finish.
You bring your own camera and a roll of film.
This class is for developing film only. We do not go into the darkroom with the red lights in this class. (See our FAQ if you’re unsure!)

Learn to make black and white darkroom prints in a traditional black & white darkroom. You’ll create one contact sheet and between 1-3 black and white image from a negative, taking home anything you print during the class.
You provide your own negatives to print from.
Chemistry is included.

Intimate Color darkroom printing group workshop which covers:
Learning about a color enlarger, color balancing, and color printing.
Please do not sign up for this class without first learning traditional darkroom printing, as there is not enough time in the lesson to cover both.
